Shipping & Delivery

• Have peace of mind with our knowledgable staff! All items are packaged properly by experienced hands, including tip protectors & extra packaging material for delicate items.
• Item(s) ship same day if payment arrives by 2pm (EST).
• All packages arrive domestically within 1-4 business days (depending on location) via USPS Priority - always with detailed tracking. This includes Puerto Rico, Hawaii, & Alaska.
• We ship internationally via your choice of USPS First-Class/Priority/Express or DHL.
• If an alternative or more expedited shipping method is preferred, just let us know so we can accommodate!
• We always make sure to combine shipping for multiple purchases to save you money.

Returns & Replacements

• We offer a 14-day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason, a JSurgical customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 14 days of receiving delivery for their money back (minus shipping charges). Customer also responsible for all shipping charges. We only ask that any product(s) be sent to us with a tracking number, in the same condition as when shipped from our facility.
• No refunds or exchange on any "Special Order" items unless we are unable to complete your order. Typical turn around time of 5 business days for us to obtain your special order items. At our discretion Special Order items must be paid by cash, check or wire transfer.

• If preferred, orders can also be placed over the phone or via email - we'll send you an invoice.

• All orders can be easily placed using any major credit or debit card (e.g. Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
• For a safe and easy experience, all payments are processed via PayPal. Having a PayPal account is not required.
